Oftentimes, the Office of the Supreme President/CEO is inundated with emails for Souvenir Book or Workbook Messages, specifically written for a Convention. In an attempt to streamline this process, this form has been created to allow Grand, National District, and Supreme Department Leaders to request a Souvenir or Workbook Messages.
